Jessica Gulick is Vice President of the national board for the Women’s Society of Cyberjutsu (WSC) and founder/CEO of Katzcy Consulting, a growth strategy and marketing firm helping cybersecurity and other technology-related enterprises enhance revenue and growth initiatives through comprehensive and actionable Go-to-Market strategies.  A CISSP and PMP, Gulick is a 20-year veteran in the cybersecurity industry with proven experience in strategy, cyber policy, business metrics, global marketing and security program management.  She has successfully led multi-million-dollar cybersecurity consulting programs and launched multiple award-winning global cyber marketing campaigns for services, products and cyber competitions.  Her portfolio of work also includes the authorship of cybersecurity standards and guidance, strategic cybersecurity plans for federal government agencies and white papers for private companies. In addition to WSC, she serves as co-chair on the NIST NICE cyber competitions committee, president of the Virginia Tech MBA Advisory board and mentor for MACH37 cyber accelerator.
